Product Details:

• Mix product with the required amount clean water.
• Mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer or manually until mixture is homogeneous.
• Allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes for the additives to dissolve.
• Mix again and the plaster is ready for use.
• Using Qwikmix adhesive, vertical joints are to be filled with Qwikmix joint adhesive.
• Apply Qwikmix joint adhesive on the top side of the first course and next combined with a notched trowel.
• Place block onto mortar surface and press firmly to adjust blocks to their final position.
• The blocks to be water cured before the block joint adhesive.

• After making the necessary setting up works, install first course of blocks using cement mortar. Vertical joints are too filled with Joint Adhesive.
• Apply Joint Adhesive onto the top side of the first course and next combed with a tooth-edged spatula.
• Place block onto adhesive surface and press firmly to adjust blocks to their final position.
• For the vertical joint, it is recommended to apply the adhesive onto the vertical side prior to laying.
• To ensure good adhesion, it is important that the blocks are pressed firmly against the adhesive bed.
• No further addition of water is allowed to unused adhesive that has exceeded its pot life or had begun to set.
